🔍 Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

📍 Where are you located and where do you ship your products from?

Our offices are located in Paris, France. We ship from various warehouses located in China.

 

🛑 How can I cancel an order?

Our system processes orders quickly. You must request the cancellation of the order by sending an email to contact@nadshop.net no later than 2 hours after submitting your order. After this time, you will have to wait to receive it and return it to get your money back.

 

💔 What can I do if there are broken items when my order arrives?

Please send us an email the same day at contact@nadshop.net specifying your order number, a description of the problem, and photos/videos of the items. You can then ask either to reship the correct items at no additional cost or to refund the amount of your order.
